摘  要:以四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)微球作为填料,通过溶液流延法制备了聚芳醚腈(PEN)/Fe3O4复合薄膜,并研究了Fe3O4的含量对该复合薄膜热力学、力学、磁性等性能的影响,并通过动态旋转流变仪研究了填料Fe3O4与基体PEN的相容性。结果表明,Fe3O4的加入对基体树脂的热性能有所提高,其玻璃化转变温度保持在173.5~175.5℃之间,而5%初始分解温度提高了10℃左右,800℃时的残炭率提高了6%左右。当Fe3O4质量分数为1%时,复合薄膜的拉伸强度达到了最大值80.64MPa;随着Fe3O4含量进一步增加,拉伸强度有所下降。复合薄膜的饱和磁化强度随着Fe3O4含量的增加而逐渐提高,且在Fe3O4含量质量分数为10%时达到11.02emu/g。当Fe3O4质量分数在3%以下时,Fe3O4在PEN基体中具有较好的分散性和相容性。In this paper, polyarylene ether nitriles (PEN)/Fe3O4 composite films were prepared by solution-casting method which used Fe3O4 particles as filler, and the thermal, mechanical, magnetic and rheological properties were also investigated. The results showed that there are no obvious changes in the thermal stability of the composite films with the increase of filler. In addition, the glass transition temperatures of composite films were kept in the range of 173.5 - 175.5 ℃ and the 5% weight loss temperature increased by about 10 ℃. However, the tensile strength of PEN/Fe3O4 composite films reached their highest values with 80. 64 MPa when the Fe3O4 particles content was 1 wt% , and then decreased with the further addition of Fe3O4 particles. The VSM indicated that the Ms of the composite films increased with the increasing Fe3O4 particles loading. The rheological properties of magnetic composites showed that Fe3O4 particles presented better dispersibility when the content of Fe3O4 particles was less 3wt%.
