环境水样中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯检测方法的研究

摘　　要：对环境水样中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的含量进行了系统地研究,建立了环境水样中DEHP含量快速测定的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。以固相萃取提取环境水样(河水和井水)中DEHP,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测分析。在试验选定的条件下,标准工作曲线在0.10 mg/L～10.0 mg/L的质量浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6。样品加标回收率为91.2%～106.5%,相对标准偏差小于4.6%。方法的检出限为0.05 mg/L。该方法具有快速、准确度高和干扰少等优点,适合于环境水样中DEHP含量的测定。A method for the determination of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate in instant noodles was developed by gas chromatography with MS detector. Ultrasound enhanced methanol extraction was applied during the extraction process. The results showed that DEHP presented good Iinearity （r2=0.999 6）at the range of 0.10 mg / L - 10.0 mg/ L. The recoveries are in the range of 92.3% - 102.3% ,with relative standard deviation（RSD） below 3.4%. The lowest DEHP concentration able to be detected was 0.05mg/L in environmental water sample. The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used in the test of dimethyl fumarate in leather products with satisfactory results.
