铁路罐车容积检定装置计量标准考核现场实验结果的评价

摘　　要：根据《JJF 1033—2008〈计量标准考核规范〉实施指南》要求,对铁路罐车容积检定装置进行计量标准考核现场实验。结合铁路罐车容积检定装置计量标准考核工作,采用罐内测量法和罐外测量法分别得出实验结果进行不确定度评定,得到扣除系统效应引入的不确定度分量后的扩展不确定度,按照容积法和容积表号法对现场实验结果进行评价。According to the requirements in＂Guideline of Implementing JJF 1033--2008＇Rule for the Examination of Measurement Standard＇ ＂, the field experiments in the examination of measurement standard for railway tank ear volume verification equipment are carried out. By combining with the examination work of measurement standard for railway tank ear volume verification equipment, the uncertainties of the experiment results are evaluated by using both inside-tank measurement method and outside-tank measurement method. The expanded uncertainties are gained after dedueting the uncertainty eomponents brought by systematie effects. The results of the field experiment are evaluated on the basis of volume method and the tank capacity table number method.
