集束化护理策略预防患者留置尿管期间相关性尿路感染的研究

摘　　要：目的研究集束化护理策略在预防患者留置尿管期间相关性尿路感染（CAUTI）中的效果，探讨预防CAUTI有效的护理方法。方法选取2009年10月～2012年10月在ICU住院留置尿管10d以上的患者102例作为实验组，采用集束化护理。选取2007年1月～2009年9月在ICU住院留置尿管10d以上的患者94例作为对照组，采用常规护理。对比分析两组CAUTI的感染率。结果与对照组比较，实验组CAUTI感染率明显下降（P＜0．01）。结论集束化护理策略能降低患者留置尿管期间CAUTI的感染率，减轻患者痛苦，提高护理质量，可应用于临床。Objective To investigate the effects of Care Bundle in the prevention of indwelling urinary CAUTI and pre-vent CAUTI more effective nursing methods are discussed .Methods Selection in October 2009 to October 2012 in ICU in hospital more than 10d placing a urinary catheter as experimental group ,102 patients conducted Bundle nursing ,between January 2007 and September 2009 ,and 94 cases as a routine nursing group comparison ,comparative analysis of two groups of CAUTI infection rate .Results Compared with the control group ,experimental group of CAUTI infection rate decreased obviously （P〈0 .01） .Conclusions Care Bundle can reduce the rate of indwelling urinary .CAUTI for tracheal intubation pa-tients ,so as to alleviate their suffering and improve the quality of nursing ,is worth popularizing in clinical use .
