品管圈活动在持续改进护理文件书写质量中的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在持续改进护理文件书写质量中的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,选定持续改进护理文件书写的准确性为主题,活动前对我科护理文件书写存在的问题进行现状调查,分析影响护理文件书写准确性的原因及因素,制订相应的活动计划及实施对策。并对品管圈活动前后护理文件书写质量进行比较,同时采用问卷调查评价活动前后护理人员对护理文件书写的认知情况、掌握程度及工作积极性进行比较。结果品管圈活动前后护理文件书写质量评分分别为97.80±1.82分、99.02±1.22分,有显著性差异(P<0.05);同时通过全员参与品管圈活动的方法,增强了护士的责任心、工作积极性、主人翁意识和团队精神。结论品管圈活动的开展提升了我科凝聚力和竞争力,提高了护理文件书写的质量,规范了护理文件书写。在保障护理安全的同时,为患者提供更优质的护理服务。Objective To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle activities in the continuous improvement of the quality of nursing documents writing .Methods A quality control circle group should be established before selecting continu-ous improvement nursing documents writing accuracy as the theme .Making a present situation investigation on the nursing documents writing problems in our department before the activity to analysis the reason of the existence of the problems and the influencing factors ,which can be helpful to formulate the corresponding activities planning and implementation counter-measure and make comparisons on the before and after quality score in nursing documents writing ,and to compare the nurs-ing staff work initiative .Results the score of nursing documents writing quality in the before of the quality control circle ac-tivities（97 .80 ± 1 .82）was significantly lower than that after activities （99 .02 ± 1 .22） ,P〈0 .05 ;Meanwhile ,by the way of all staff participating in Quality Control Circle activities can strengthen the nurses＇sense of responsibility ,work enthusiasm , cohesion ,and the sense of ownership and team spiri .Conclusions Quality control circle activities enhance our department＇s cohesion and competitiveness ,standardize the nursing documents writing ,and improve the quality of nursing documents writing ,which ensure the safety of nursing ,at the same time ,provide better quality nursing services for patients .
