摘 要:目的:研究倒地铃不同提取部位降血糖的作用。方法:用高脂高糖饲料喂养加小剂量注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)方法诱导小鼠2型糖尿病模型,用不同剂量的倒地铃不同提取部位进行干预,测定小鼠体重变化、空腹血糖、口服糖耐量和血清胆固醇(CHO)。结果:各组小鼠体重差异无统计学意义,倒地铃水提取物及30%醇洗脱物能显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖(P<0.05),提高1 h葡萄糖耐量(P<0.01),60%醇洗脱物能提高小鼠1 h葡萄糖耐量(P<0.01)。结论:倒地铃降血糖作用的主要有效部位为30%醇洗脱物、60%醇洗脱物。Objective: To study the hypoglycemic activity of different extractive fraction from Cardiospermum halicacabum L. Methods: Type 2 mice diabetic model were induced by high-fat, high-sugar fed and low dose streptozotocin (STZ)intraperitoneal injection. Every group mices were treated with different extractive fraction of Cardiospermum halicacabum L., the body weight, fasting blood-glucose and glucose tolerance were determined. Results: Compared with control group, the body weight had no significant difference. Compared with model group,water extract and 30% ethanol elution significantly reduced fasting blood-glucose(P 〈 0. 05 ) ,increased glucose tolerance( P 〈 0. 01 ), 60% ethanol elution significantly increased glucose tolerance ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The hypoglycemic active fraction of Cardiospermum halicacabum L. are 30% and 60% ethanol elutions.
