摘  要:目的:优选防己配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以出膏率、粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的提取量为评价指标,考察加水量、提取次数和提取时间3个因素,优选出防己配方颗粒的提取工艺。结果:确定防己配方颗粒的最优提取工艺为防己饮片第1次加8倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,煎煮1.5 h,第2次加6倍量水,煎煮1.5 h。结论:该工艺条件提取充分,稳定可行,可为防己配方颗粒的标准化、规范化生产提供一定参考依据。Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Stephania tetradra S. Moore dispensing granules. Methods: The extraction process of the dispensing granules was optimized through orthogonal experiment while the yield of dry extracts, the content of tetrandrine and fangchinoline, and influences of solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times were studies. Results: The optimized extraction conditions of Stephania tetradra S. Moore dispensing granules:the material was added 8 times amount of water, soaked for O. 5 h and extracted for 1.5 h at the first time ,and for the second time,6 times amount of water were added ,extracted for 1.5 h. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is stable and feasible for the standardized production technology of Stephania tetradra S. Moore dispensing granules.
