武警森林部队基层心理卫生工作现状分析与对策探讨

摘　　要：目的了解武警森林部队心理卫生工作现状，以推动武警森林部队整体心理服务工作。方法采用普查、整群抽样和关键人物访谈等方法对武警森里部队分管心理工作的人员进行自编问卷调查，调查部分包括心理服务工作六大块内容。结果被调查单位均无专职心理医生编制，92．86％的军医和32．14％的领导认为心理卫生工作很有必要和重要；11．11％的单位无相关工作计划，38．89％的单位尚未建立规范的心理档案和专项的经费来源；88．89％的军医认为开展心理卫生工作效果最好信息传播形式为座谈和讲座。结论武警森林部队心理卫生工作和相关规定尚不规范，不能满足官兵的基本需求。Objective To explore the current conditions of mental health service in CAPF forest forces for improving it as a whole in the forces. Methods A survey which was a self-edited psychological questionnaire was conducted in forms of general, cluster sampling, and key persons visiting among the mental health service personnel The survey contained six sections of psychological services. Results No fuU-time psychiatrist was found in all the surveyed wards. 92.86% of the doctors and 32.14% of the officers believed that psychological health work was significant. 11.11% of wards had no plan for mental health. 38.89% of the wards had not established standard psychological files, and had no funding for the project. 88.89% of the doctors agreed that discussion and lecture would be effective for educating the personnel. Conclusion The psychological health service in CAPF forest force needs to improve to meet the standard.
