甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒杀虫剂的制备及田间防治试验

摘　　要：应用活体增殖病毒 ,制备甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒杀虫剂乳剂 ,室内对 4龄甘蓝夜蛾幼虫的毒力测定 ,其LD50 为 9 4 2× 1 0 3 PIB/头。田间防治效果表明 ,采用 1 0× 1 0 11PIB/hm2 和 3 0× 1 0 11PIB/hm2 的剂量防治甘蓝夜蛾的效果都在 70 %以上。乳液的稳定性较好 。The propagation of MbNPV (Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus) in vivo and production of the virus as insecticidal emulsion were studied. Agglutination and stability of this emulsion were well. Results of bioassay for cabbage moth showed that the LD 50 of the emulsion was 9 42×10 3PIB/larva. In the field tests, dosages of 1 0×10 11 PIB/ha and 3 0×10 11 PIB/ha caused more than 70% mortality of larvae on Chinese cabbage.
