摘  要:加工效率是数控机床重要的技术指标,可通过安装自动对刀仪缩短刀具的调整时间,提高加工中心的加工效率。本文分析了国内主流机床云南机床VMC850加工中心配套FNAUC数控系统功能上安装榀烨PYZ-100对刀仪的思路及原理,包括电气连接设计、数控系统内置PLC修改、宏程序编写等,最后安装调试后实现加工中心刀具长度自动测量及加工效率的提高。Abatract: The machining efficiency is an important technical index of the CNC, which can be shortened the adjustment time by installing the automatic tool-setter to improve the machining efficiency during the machining center. This paper analyzes the essential machine (~unnan machine VMC850 machining center matches with the FANUC CNC system function that it is installed the thinking and principle of the P^NYE PYZ-100 tool-setter), which includes electric connection design, CNC system built-in PLC modification, macro programming compilation, etc. The automatic measure of machining center tool length and the improvement of the machining efficiency are carried out after installing the debugging.
