摘 要:通过一步溶剂热法合成了Nb2O5纳米材料.用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对Nb2O5纳米材料的形貌及结构进行表征,通过循环伏安和恒流充放电测试对Nb2O5电极的电化学性能进行了分析.结果表明Nb2O5为棒状纳米材料,直径在50~80nm之间,长度约为1μm.对其电化学测试表现出良好的赝电容性能,当电流密度为0.1A.g-1时,比电容为117.71F.g-1.当进行1000次循环之后,其比电容量为起始的94.65%,说明纳米棒状Nb2O5有较好的循环性能.Nb2O5 nanorod was successful synthesized by one-step solvothermal method. The samples were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the electrochemical properties were performed by cyclic voltam-metry(CV) and galvanostatic charge/discharge methods. The results showed that the obtained sample was nanorod and they was typically about 1μm in length and 50-80 nm in diameter. In addition, the specific capacitance of Nb2O5 nanorods reached 117.71 F·g-1 at the ampere density of 0.1 A·g-1. After 1 000 cycles, its specific capacitance was 94.65 % than that of the initial value. It demonstated that Nb2O5 nanorod has good cycle performance.
