摘 要:采用Hummers法制备还原石墨烯,用滴加法将石墨烯修饰到玻碳电极表面,考察了石墨烯修饰层数、底液pH、富集时间和富集电位对铅离子检测的影响,并选定最佳条件.用线性伏安法在最佳条件下检测溶液中的铅离子,结果表明铅离子的溶出峰电流与其浓度的对数在5×10-6mol/L~8×10-5 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为3.6×10-7 mol/L.石墨烯/玻碳电极也表现出良好的稳定性、重现性和抗干扰能力,并可用于实际水样的检测.Graphene prepared by Hummers method was modified on the surface of glassy carbon electrode using dropping method. The electrochemical behavior of lead on the modified electrode was investigated using anodic stripping voltammetry. The experimental conditions such as the amount of graphene, pH, deposition time and deposition potential were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, a good linear relationship between the peak current and In (CPb/10^-6 mol/L) has been observed in the range of 5×10^-6 mol/L to 8 ×10^-5 mol/L at the graphene modified electrode. The detection limit was 3.6 × 10 7 mol/L based on a signal-to-nosie ratio 3:1. The graphene/glassy carbon electrode was applied to the determination of Pb2+ in actual water samples, it also showed good stability, reproducibility and anti interference ability.
