摘 要:目的探讨临床健康教育路径对特需体检者的作用。方法将100例特需体检者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,干预组采用临床健康教育路径模式,对体检者进行健康教育指导;对照组采用传统的健康教育模式。将两组体检者在知识掌握程度、健康生活方式改变进行对比。结果两组体检者在健康相关知识掌握程度、不良生活方式改变方面均有差异(P<0.01)。结论将临床健康教育路径运用于特需体检者的健康教育中,能提高其知识掌握程度、促进健康生活方式的改变,提高对护理工作的满意度,在临床实践中切实可行。Objective To investigate the application of clinical health education path in people having physical check- up with special needs. Methods 100 people having physical check-up with special needs were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. The experimental group were given clinical health education path while the control group traditional methods. Then two groups from degree of knowledge and healthy lifestyle changes were compared. Results The degree of knowledge and healthy lifestyle changes of two groups were significantly different ( P 〈 O. O1 ) . Conclusion The clinical health education path in people having physical check-up with special need, not only can boost the degree of knowl- edge of these people and promote their healthy lifestyle , but also can raise the nursing satisfaction, therefore this path is practica- ble in clinical practice.
