摘　　要：超临界萃取(SFE)是一种新兴的化工单元分离技术,其特点为快迅、洁净。在天然药物研究和生产领域有着广泛的应用前景。本文综合分析了超临界萃取技术的操作流程及应用特点,对超临界萃取技术近年来在天然药物研究领域中已经取得的成果和未来可能的研究应用潜在空间进行了讨论。Supercritical fluid extraction （SFE） is a kind of chemical unit which is used for separation of chemical substances. Since the characteristics were quick and clean, SFE had a broad apphcation prospect in the field of natural medicine research and production. The operation process and application of supercritical extraction technology were analyzed comprehensively. Recent achievements of the supercritical extraction technology in the research field of natural medicine were concluded and future research potential applications of space were discussed.
