摘 要:将模糊方法应用于过程安全评价,阐述了模糊评价方法的指标结构及其评分体系,应用该方法分别评价了LNG与空气换热,LNG与污氮换热,LNG与氮气、空气换热三个LNG冷能回收方案,得到它们的总指标值分别为5.2174,5.1224,4.8614,通过分析得出LNG与氮气、空气换热方案的本质安全性最高,结果表明采用模糊方法能够提高指标取值的精度,从而提升评价过程的客观性和精确度。The fuzzy method was applied to process safety assessment and the fuzzy assessment method with its structure and scoring system were expatiated. It was evaluated separately using the fuzzy assessment method that three routes of recycling cold energy of LNG, which were exchanging energy respectively by LNG with air, LNG with waste nitrogen, LNG with nitrogen and air. The total index values for three routes were 5.2174, 5. 1224 and 4. 8614, which indicated that the route exchanging energy between LNG with nitrogen and air was the best inherently safety one. The assessment result indicated that the application of fuzzy method can improve the accuracy of index valuing, which contributed to increase the objectivity of the assessment process.
