拳参的心脑血管保护作用研究进展

摘　　要：中药拳参系蓼科植物拳参的干燥根茎,具有清热、镇惊、理湿、消肿、镇痛等功效。现代医学研究认为拳参具有抗菌、镇痛、中枢抑制、增强免疫及抗氧化等作用。为更深入地研究及开发拳参的药用价值,本文对其心脑血管的保护作用进行综述。Polygonum Bistorta L, as a traditional chinese medicinal materials, belongs to the species of family Polygonace- ae tribe. The rhizome of the plant has effects on clearing heat, relieving convulsion, managing damp, detumescence and analgesia. Modem medical research has found that Polygonum Bistorta L has some effect on anti-microbico, analgesia, central inhibition, enhancing immunologic function and antioxidant. The protective effect of it on cardiovascular and cere- brovascular diseases is summarized for further study of the medicinal value of Polygonum Bistorta L.
