奥伦自理模式护理干预在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨奥伦自理模式护理干预在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(围绝经期功血)患者中的护理效果。方法 66例围绝经期功血患者均采用B超引导下射频消融治疗,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上介入奥伦自理模式。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.9%,护理总满意率为93.9%,均显著优于对照组的84.9%、78.8%(均P<0.05);观察组复发率(12.1%)显著低于对照组(33.3%)(P<0.05)。结论对围绝经期功血患者实施奥伦自理模式,可提高疗效,防止复发,提高患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Orem＇s self-care mode in the perioperative nursing in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB）. Methods Sixty-six DUB patients were treated with ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation. These patients were randomly given routine nursing care alone （control group,n=33） or in combination with Orem＇s self-care mode （observation group,n=33）. Results The total effective rate, nursing satisfaction and recurrence rate were,respectively,93.9% ,93.9% and 12.1% in observation group,and 84.9% ,78.8% and 33.3% in control group. Differences were significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Orem＇s self-care mode can improve efficacy,prevent recurrence and enhance satisfaction in patients with DUB.
