摘 要:以自制的硼酸三异丙酯和硬质酸单乙醇胺为原料,通过酯交换的方法合成了一种含氮的长链硼酸酯偶联剂,并利用FTIR和1H NMR对硼酸酯偶联剂的结构进行了表征。研究了原料配比和催化剂对硼酸三异丙酯收率的影响;温度和原料配比对硬脂酸单乙醇胺合成工艺的影响;确定了酯交换反应的最佳反应条件为:反应温度100℃,反应时间4 h,n(硬脂酸单乙醇胺)/n(硼酸三异丙酯)=2.1∶1时,产率值可达96.6%,同时对长链硼酸酯偶联剂的水解稳定性的考察结果表明:水解时间为34 d。Using triisopropyl borate and stearic acid monoethanolamide as raw materials,long-chain nitrogen-containing borate ester coupling agent was synthesized by transesterification.The product structure was characterized by FTIR and1H NMR.The effect of raw material proportioning and catalyst on the yield of triisopropyl borate was investigated as well as the effect of temperature and raw material proportioning on the synthesis process of stearic acid monoethanolamide.And the best reaction conditions of the transesterification was determined as follows: reaction temperature 100 ℃,reaction time 4 h,n(stearic acid monoethanolamide)/n(triisopropyl borate)=2.1︰1;Under above conditions the yield can reach to 96.6%.The hydrolytic stability of the long-chain nitrogen-containing borate ester was also investigated.The results indicate that the borate eater coupling agent has good hydrolysis stability for about 34 days.
