摘  要:为了防止投产过程中形成水合物堵塞管道,天然气管道在投产之前必须进行排水和干燥处理。而海底天然气管道不能像陆上管道一样进行分段施工干燥,加大了干燥的难度。由于我国的海底管道干燥工艺起步较晚,干燥过程中存在窜漏、卡堵、清管器速度难以控制、无内涂层管道排水干燥效果差等技术问题。分析了上述问题的起因,并结合一些国内外具体投产实例提出了相应的解决方法。为我国海底天然气管道的干燥提供了可借鉴的经验。In order to prevent the gas pipeline from forming hydrates,the gas pipeline must be dewatered and dried in pre-commissioning stage.Offshore gas pipeline can’t been dried segmentedly as the land gas pipeline,which has increased the difficulty of drying process.As the dry techniques of offshore gas pipeline start up late in China,there are several significant problems in the drying process,such as blowby,blockage,the speed control of pipeline pigs,poor drying effect of the pipeline without internal coating.In this paper,reasons to cause above problems were comparatively analyzed,and treatment measures were put forward according to the examples at home and abroad,which can offer some quotable experiences for the dry process of submarine gas pipeline in our country.
