摘  要:为维持我厂的重油平衡,应厂部要求80万t/a重油催化裂化装置提高了掺渣量,随着掺渣比的上升和原油重质化,分馏系统结焦问题变得日益突出。通过对分馏系统结焦成因分析,有针对性地采取了相应的措施,有效的缓解了油浆系统结焦问题。In order to maintain heavy oil balance in my factory,the blend content of residual oil in 800 kt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit should be increased.But with the increase of residue blending ratio and crude oil becoming heavier,the coking problem of fractionation system becomes increasingly prominent.In this paper,causes of coke formation in the fractionation system were analyzed,the appropriate measures were put forward,which can provide some references for solving the system coking.
