摘 要:目的:了解武汉市某三甲医院护士长对护士的关怀行为现状,探讨护士长在今后工作中如何更好的对护士实施关怀有效的行为。方法:对11名护士长进行半结构化访谈,按照现象学方法对资料进行整理和分析。结果:护士长对护士的关怀行为表现在创造良好的工作环境、与护士的良好沟通、激励、公平公正、合理使用人员、指导支持及提供培训机会、特殊时间的关怀7个方面。结论:护士长可通过创造良好的工作环境氛围、建立良好沟通、制定健全的激励措施、公平对待护士和重视护士需求等方面来综合加强对护士的关怀。Objective : To leam about the caring behaviors of head nurses to nurses in a wuhan upper first class hospital, aiming to provide guidance for the head nurses to care for nurses in the future. Methods: We used qualitative research methods to do in - depth interviews with 11 head nurses. The data were collated and analyzed in accordance with the phenomenological method. Results: The caring behaviors of head nurses to nurses showed in 7 aspects : creating a good working environment and atmosphere, good communication with nurses, motivation, justice and eq- uity, rational use of nursing staff, guidance and support and providing training opportunities, caring behavior in special time. Conclusion: The head nurses should create a good working environment and atmosphere, establish good communication, develop a sound incentive measures, treat nurse fairly and pay attention to the demand of nurses, to strengthen the care for the nurses comprehesively.
