长春市汽车制造业焊接作业劳动者职业卫生相关权利保护现状研究

摘　　要：目的:了解吉林省长春市汽车制造业中焊接作业劳动者职业卫生相关权利的行使情况,为其权利能够得到有效保护提出建议。方法:自行设计问卷,采用方便随机抽样的方法,抽选长春市国有企业、合资企业及民营企业焊接劳动者493例进行调查。用SPSS统计软件对结果进行一般描述性分析。结果:劳动者对职业病的了解情况较差,企业为其提供的防护器具不健全,主张职业病赔偿以及行使拒绝权的较少。结论:企业应加强对焊接作业劳动者知情权、职业安全卫生权、损害赔偿权及拒绝危险作业权的保护。Objective ： To learn about the use of occupational healthcare rights of welding operation workers in automobile manufacturing in Jilin province, and offer advice for protecting the rights. Methods： We randomly investigated 493 welding workers in state - owned enterprises, joint ventures and private enterprises by conducting a self - designed questionnaire in Changchun City, and made a general descriptive analysis to the data in SPSS software. Results： The workers had a weak awareness towards occupational disease, and protecting apparatuses the enterprises had provided were inadequate, moreover few workers asked for compensation for occupational diseases and exercised the right of refusing. Conelusion： Enterprises should protect welding operations workers＇ fight to know, the right of keeping occupational safety and well - being, the fight to request for compensation and the right to refuse dangerous work.
