内镜患者对知情同意书签署的认识及态度的初步调查

摘　　要：目的:调查消化内镜诊疗前患者对知情同意书签署的认识及态度。方法:采用自制的不记名问卷调查表,收集2012年7月-2012年8月四川省某医院诊疗中心进行内镜诊疗并已签署知情同意书的患者对诊疗前知情同意书签署的认识及态度进行统计分析。结果:在被调查的765例患者中,仅有42.35%仔细看过知情同意书,20.13%没看;没有1人意识到患者享有知情同意权;26.80%认为知情同意书的性质是霸王条款;38.43%认为知情同意书的内容需要修改。不同学历水平影响患者对知情同意书的阅读、签署目的的认识,以及对其性质和内容的看法(P<0.05);不同年龄段的患者,对知情同意书的性质和内容的看法也有差异(P<0.05)。结论:患者对消化内镜诊疗前知情同意书签署的整体认识和态度有待改善,且受年龄和学历因素的影响。Objective： To investigate the knowledge and attitudes of patients about informed consent before digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. Methods： From July 2012 to August 2012, anonymous questionnaires designed by our department were handed out to patients consecutively, who had signed informed consent in our department, to obtain and analyze data of their knowledge and attitudes about informed consent before digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. Results： There were 765 patients investigated, 42.35 % of them read informed consent carefully, 20.13% did not read it; No one mentioned the informed consent right; 26.80% thought it was an overlord clause; 38.43% thought the content of informed consent needed to be modified. Education background of patients was an influence factor of their reading informed consent, knowledge of purpose of informed consent, and views about its nature and content （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The difference in views about nature and content of informed consent among patients in different age stage was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： It is necessary to improve the knowledge and attitudes of patients on informed consent before digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment, which was affected by age and education background of patients.
