社区医务人员职业价值观的偏差及对策

摘　　要：随着市场经济的深入,社区医务人员职业价值观出现偏差值得重视。社区医务人员可能出现职业认知度低、职业锚的偏差、职业目标的偏差、职业道德的缺失和职业成长的愿望低等方面的偏差。提升社区医务人员职业价值观的策略包括开展正确的职业价值观教育;提高社区医务人员的专业素质和加强政策和制度上的支持等。With the deepening of the market economy, deviations of occupational values among community medical staff deserve attention. Low occupational awareness, the deviation of the career anchor and career goals, a lack of occupational ethics, and little aspiration for career de- velopment may appear in medical staffs. Strategies to enhance community health workers＇ occupational values include educating vocational values of the workers ; improving community medical workers＇ professional quality and strengthening policy supports.
