摘  要:目的:了解哈尔滨市社区卫生服务人员工作压力和职业倦怠现状,并分析工作压力对职业倦怠的影响。方法:在哈尔滨市选择18个社区卫生服务中心,进行现场问卷调查,对其结果进行方差分析及阶层回归分析。结果:社区卫生服务人员工作压力为工作需求压力、决策自主度压力、领导支持压力、技术自主度压力、同事支持压力,职业倦怠水平不高,同事支持压力对职业倦怠各维度都具有负向作用。结论:社区卫生服务人员工作需求压力较大,职业倦怠水平不高,应采取措施缓解工作需求造成的压力,防止其造成严重的职业倦怠。Objective: To understand the working pressure and job burnout of community health services staff, and analyze the impact of working pressure on job burnout. Methods: We selected 18 community health service centers in Harbin, and made variance analysis and hierar-chical regression by on - site questionnaire survey. Results: Community health service staff working pressure listed in descending order were the work demand pressures, the degree of decision making autonomy pressures, the leadership support pressures, the degree of technical autonomy pressures, the colleagues support pressures; Job burnout level were generally low; Colleagues support pressure had a negative effect on each dimension of job burnout. Conclusions: The work demand pressures of the community health services staff are high, and job burnout level is relatively low, it is suggested to ease the pressures caused by work demand, thus prevent from causing serious job burnout.
