活血接骨膏治疗四肢骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察民间验方活血接骨膏外敷治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法将596例四肢闭合性骨折患者随机分为治疗组(300例)和对照组(296例),治疗组外敷活血接骨膏,对照组口服伤科接骨片,治疗4个疗程(10 d为1个疗程),观察两组患者骨折疼痛消失时间、肿胀消退时间、骨折骨痂形成时间、骨折临床愈合时间及骨折后骨质疏松发生率情况。结果两组患者骨折治疗后疼痛消失时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组在骨折治疗后肿胀消退、平均骨痂形成、临床愈合时间均明显优于对照组,骨折后骨质疏松发生率治疗组明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血接骨膏外敷治疗骨折能明显加速局部肿胀消退,及早的使骨痂形成,缩短骨折临床愈合时间,降低骨折后骨质疏松发生率,对四肢骨折愈合有重要作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on four limbs fracture treated with the external application of folk remedy,huoxue jiegu gao.Methods Five hundred and ninety-six patients with closed fracture of four limbs were randomized into a treatment group（300 cases） and a control group（296 cases）.In the treatment group,the external application of huoxue jiegu gao was used.In the control group,shangke jiegu pian was applied for oral administration.The duration of treatment was 4 sessions（10 days made one session）.The time of pain relief,time of swelling removal,time of porosis,time of clinical healing and the incidence of post-fracture osteoporosis were observed between two therapeutic methods.Results the difference in pain relief was not significant statistically between the two groups（P 0.05）.In the treatment groups,the time of swelling reveal,time of porosis and time of clinical healing were apparently superior to the control group.The incidence of post-fracture osteoporosis in the treatment group was apparently lower than that in the control group,indicating the statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The external application of huoxue jiegu gao was apparently accelerates the removal of local swelling and porosis,shortens the clinical healing time of fracture and reduces the incidence of post-fracture osteoporosis.This therapy plays the important role in healing four limbs fracture.
