针刺与点式直线偏振光照射治疗腰椎骨关节病临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比针刺与点式直线偏振光(Super Lizer以下简称SL)照射治疗腰椎骨关节病引起的腰腿痛临床疗效的侧重点。方法将60例腰椎骨关节病引起腰腿痛的患者随机分为针刺组30例与SL照射组30例,分别给予针刺治疗(取双侧肾俞、大肠俞、腰眼、环跳、秩边、委中、太溪,10次为1个疗程)和SL照射(每日1次,每周5次,10次为1个疗程)治疗。并于治疗前、治疗1周、治疗后进行疼痛(视觉模拟评分法,VAS)和生活质量评定(健康状况问卷SF-36)。结果治疗后两组的VAS值均下降,针刺组的VAS下降幅度低于SL照射组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的SF-36值均上升,且针刺组SF-36的上升幅度高于SL照射组(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法的全身调节作用显著,SL照射则具有显著的止痛作用。Objective To compare the advantages of the clinical efficacy on lumbar and leg pain induced by lumbosacral arthropathy between acupuncture and Super Lizer（SL）.Methods Sixty cases of lumbar and leg pain caused by lumbosacral arthropathy were randomized into an acupuncture group（30 cases） and a SL irradiation group（30 cases）.In the acupuncture group,acupuncture was applied at bilateral Shenshu（BL23）,Dachangshu（BL25）,Yaoyan（EX-B7）,Huangtiao（GB30）,Zhibian（BL54） and Taixi（KI3）;10 treatments made one session.In the SL irradiation group,SL was used once a day,five times a day;10 treatments made one session.The pain state（VAS） and life quality（SF-36） were assessed after treatment.Results After treatment,VAS score was reduced in the two groups and the reduction in the acupuncture group was inferior to the SL irradiation group（P 0.05）.After treatment,SF-36 score was increased in the two groups,and the increasing range in the acupuncture group was superior to the SL irradiation group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy plays the significant effect of the systematic regulation.SL irradiation achieves the significant analgesic effect.
