糖痛方对糖尿病动脉硬化症患者外周血流参数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察糖痛方对糖尿病下肢动脉硬化症外周血流参数的影响。方法遵照随机对照原则,把我院2011年10月～2013年3月确诊的200例糖尿病合并下肢动脉硬化症患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组120例,对照组80例。两组均予以基础治疗,对照组予前列地尔注射液,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用我院协定方糖痛方。结果治疗组临床总有效率90.0%。对照组总有效率85.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组股动脉收缩期峰值收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、平均瞬时流速(TAMn)、下肢动脉血流量(Q)治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖痛方有改善糖尿病下肢动脉硬化症的作用,为糖尿病合并下肢动脉硬化症的预防和治疗开拓新的思路及方法。Objective To observe the impacts of Tangtong Formula on peripheral blood flow parameters in the patients of diabetic atherosclerosis. Methods According to randomized controlled principle,200 patients of diabetes and atherosclerosis were collected from October 2011 to March 2013 in the Hospitals and were divided into a treatment group （ 120 cases） and a control group （80 cases）. The basic treatment was given in the two groups. Alprostadil Injection was used in the control group. On the basis of the treatment as the control group, the prepared Tangtong Formula was supplemented in the treatment group. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and was 85.0% in the control group,indicating the signifi- cani difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The peak systolic velocity of femoral artery （ PSV）, average instantaneous flow velocity （ TAMn ） and blood flow quantity of lower extremities （ Q ） were compared in the two groups before and after treatment. The results were different significantly before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）and the results in the treatment were better than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Tangtong Formula relieves arteriosclerosis of the lower limbs in the patients of diabetes ,which provides a new approach and idea for the prevention and treatment of diabetes complicated with arteriosclerosis of the lower limbs.
