右归胶囊治疗精液异常男性不育症60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察右归胶囊对肾阳亏虚型精液异常男性不育症患者精液参数及生殖内分泌激素水平的影响。方法将120例肾阳亏虚型男性不育症患者随机分为两组,每组60例,治疗组口服右归胶囊,每次1.8 g,每日3次;对照组口服左卡尼汀口服液,每次20 mL,每日1次;连续治疗12周为1个疗程。观察和比较两组之间及其治疗前后患者精液参数、生殖内分泌激素水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为65.45%。治疗组配偶妊娠率为9.26%,对照组配偶妊娠率为5.45%。两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后精液量、精子浓度、精子总活力、前向运动精子、血浆睾酮(T)和促黄体生成激素(LH)水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用右归胶囊治疗肾阳亏虚型男性不育症可以有效地改善精液质量及生殖内分泌水平,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the impacts of Yougui Capsules on sperm parameters and productive and endocrinal hormone levels in the patients of dysspermatism infertility differentiated as kidney yang deficiency.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of dysspermatism infertility differentiated as kidney yang deficiency were randomized into two groups,60 cases in each one.In a treatment group,Yougui Capsules were prescribed for oral administration,1.8 g each time,3 times a day.In a control group,Levocarnitine Oral Solution was prescribed for oral administration,20 mL each time,once a day.The continuous 12 week treatment made one session.The changes in sperm parameters and productive and endocrinal hormone levels were observed and compared between the two groups and before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and was 65.45% in the control group.The pregnancy rate was 9.26% in the treatment group and was 5.45% in the control group.The differences were significant in comparison of two groups（P 0.05）.The differences in sperm quantity,sperm density,sperm vitality,forward movement sperm number,plasma testosterone and luteinizing hormone were significant before and after treatment in the treatment group（P 0.05）.And in comparison with the control group,the differences were significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Yougui Capsules improveeffectively sperm quality and productive endocrinal levels and achieves the satisfactory clinical effect on dysspermatism infertility differentiated as kidney yang deficiency.
