摘　　要：依据静电放电模拟器的基本工作原理和校准方法,以LabVIEW8.2为编程平台,针对LeCroy8500示波器无屏幕截图传输接口的情况,给出了一种基于TCP/IP协议传输VBA代码控制图像传输并显示在PC机上的思路,实现远程图像实时显示。通过对静电放电模拟器校准测试过程的抽象,开发了通用静电放电模拟器校准软件,该软件可以支持任意厂家的任意型号静电放电模拟器的计量校准。According to the basic principle and calibration method of electrostatic discharge simulators, this paper describes an idea of using a TCP/IP protocol to transmit VBA code to control image transmission and display on the PC and achieve real-time display of remote images. Based on the abstraction of the calibration and test process, the paper presents the development of calibration software for all-purpose electrostatic discharge simulators, and the software can support the calibration of any model of electrostatic discharge simulators produced by any manufacturer.
