摘　　要：运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理分析等方法调查当前大学生的心理健康状况,找出形成原因并解决,帮助其在学习和生活中保持健康向上的心态。This paper by used the methods of questionnaire,literature and mathematical analysis to analyze the mental health status of college students,find the reason and useful ways to solve their psychological problems.The aim is help them keep the healthy state of mind in their study and life.
