中老年女性脐疝无张力修补术的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨中老年女性脐疝无张力修补术的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2010年8月至2011年8月在长海医院实施脐疝无张力修补术的15例中老年女性患者的临床护理资料。所有患者采取术前心理干预,完善术前健康指导,术后密切观察切口征象,加强引流管护理以及预防出现腹压增高相关并发症等措施。结果 15例患者均顺利完成手术,经治疗护理后均痊愈出院,经过4～28个月随访未出现复发病例。结论实施脐疝无张力修补术时,必须注重患者的身心特点,结合规范有效的心理指导及健康宣教方能取得该手术的成功。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods of middle aged and elderly women with tension-free repair of umbilical hernia. Methods Clinical nursing data of 15 middle aged and elderly women with tension-free repair of umbilical hernia were retrospectively analyzed. Preoperative psychological interventions and health education, closely postoperative observation of the incision signs, strengthen the drainage tube nursing, and prevention interventions of related complications for increasing abdominal pressure were given to patients. Results The operations were all successful and all 15 patients discharged from hospital after recovery. All patients were fol- lowed up for 4 to 28 months without recurrence. Conclusion Individualized nursing interventions drawn under patients＇ physical and mental characteristics combined with standard and effective psychological interventions and health education are guarantees of a successful operation.
