摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病患者的饮食护理方法,以期达到平衡饮食,延缓患者病情的发展,提高其生活质量。方法回顾性分析2012年1-6月,在解放军总医院治疗的68例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料,总结其饮食护理方法。结果 68例患者经过严格的饮食护理,掌握了科学的饮食方法。患者出院时,空腹及餐后2h血糖较入院时得到较好的控制。结论对老年糖尿病患者进行饮食护理,可使他们了解到饮食治疗的重要性,有利于控制血糖。Objective To explore and summarize the diet nursing methods of the elderly patients with diabetes, so as to achieve a goal of balanced diet, delay the disease progression,and improve the quality of life. Methods Clinical data of 68 cases of elderly patients with diabetes were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results All of the patients mastered scientific diet methods and successfully controlled their blood glucose levels after strict diet nursing care. Conclusion Diabetes diet nursing made the elderly patients understood the importance of diet therapy and contributed to the control of blood glucose.
