摘 要:利用Aspen Plus对PTA氧化反应系统中与空压机组密切相关的工艺流程建立模拟模型。在此基础上对空压机和尾气膨胀机的关键工艺参数进行灵敏度分析,探讨了空压机级压比、空压机一级进气温度、尾气膨胀机一级和二级进气温度对各自功率的影响,确定了降低空压机功率需求和提高尾气膨胀机输出功率的优化方案,为节能改造工程提供理论依据。A model of process in PTA oxidation reaction system closely related to air compressor group was set up using the Aspen Plus platform. The sensitivity of several key process parameters of the air compressor and gas expander was analyzed, and the influences of air compressor stage pressure ratio, air compressor first stage inlet temperature, gas expander first and second stage inlet temperatures on their powers were studied. The optimal process parameters were obtained which can reduce the air compressor power requirement and improve the gas expander output power. The results provided a theoretical basis for the energy saving reconstruction.
