配煤炼焦预测系统在邯钢焦化厂的应用研究

摘　　要：近年来,邯钢焦化厂通过用小焦炉和铁箱试验对大焦炉焦炭质量的预测,建立了一套比较成熟的焦炭质量预测模型。焦炭冷热强度指标的检测值与预测值误差较小,在预测大焦炉焦炭质量方面发挥了积极作用。In recent years in Coking Plant of Han Steel, based on the prediction to coke quality of large coke oven through small coke oven and iron box test, a set of relative successful coke quality prediction model was established up. The prediction value of cold and hot strength indexes of coke has a little difference with the actual measuring one. The model played an active role in guaranteeing coke quality of large coke oven.
