除氧及连排螺杆发电排汽回收技术的应用

摘  要:邯钢新区自备电厂有3台260t高温高压燃气锅炉、3台60MW汽轮发电机组、1台700kW连排螺杆发电机组,并配置3台高压热力除氧器、1台疏水扩容器及锅炉定排扩容器等辅助设备。因生产工艺需要,每小时排放低压蒸汽约7t,大量低压热能被浪费。利用除氧及连排螺杆发电排汽回收技术,通过射水抽汽装置将这部分低压蒸汽回收用于加热锅炉来水,提高了二次能源利用率,降低了生产成本。In business - owned power plant in new region of Han Steel, there are 3 high - temperature high - pressure gas - fired boilers of 260 t, 3 turbo generator sets of 60 MW, 1 even drainage screw power generator set of 700 kW, companied with 3 high - pressure thermal deaerators, 1 drainage flash tank, and boiler regu- lar - drainage expander. In production about 7 tons per hour of low - pressure vapour are drained with large quantity of low - pressure heat energy wasted. With vapour recovering technique in deaerator and even drain- age screw power generator, this part of low -pressure is recovered by means of water jet air ejector to heat incoming water of boiler, the secondary energy utilization ratio increased, production cost reduced.
