摘  要:通过理论计算、实验室高温实验及生产试验研究了硼元素在转炉和精炼过程中的冶金行为。结果表明,转炉冶炼过程中,大部分的硼都被氧化进入转炉渣中,并随转炉下渣进入钢包,LF还原精炼后,渣中部分硼回到钢水中,从转炉倒炉至LF搬出过程钢水硼含量变化不大。检测轧后的Q235B热轧卷未发现微量硼元素对其性能产生不良影响。The metallurgical behavior of boron element in molten steel during smelting in converter and refining in LF is studied based on these procedures such as theoretical arithmetic, carrying out experiments in laboratory at high temperature and production test. The research results show that most content of the boron element is oxidized and moved into the slag in converter and then transferred into LF along with molten steel poured into LF from the converter. After molten steel is reduced and refined in LF, partial content of the boron element is returned into molten steel. The content of the boron element in molten steel varies little during the period of pouring mohen steel into LF from converter and back to converter from LF. The grade Q235B of hot rolled coils is examined and its properties are not found to be influenced due to the presence of the trace boron element.
