摘 要:针对鞍钢LF底吹氩气搅拌效果不好影响LF处理时间和脱硫问题,根据相似原理建立1∶8的水模型,在底吹氩气压力和流量不变的情况下,对透气砖的类型、位置、示踪剂的加入位置等参数进行物理模拟实验研究,确定了最佳底吹方案。采用优化后的透气砖类型和位置后,LF处理时间由原来的平均38.6 min缩短到33.4 min,LF脱硫率从65.35%提高到69.26%。Aiming at the problem that molten steel-processing time by LF and desulfidation procedure are disturbed due to the bad effect of the argon stirring by bottom blowing in LF of Angang, the water model with the ratio of one to eight is established based on similarity principle The optimum scheme for bottom blowing is determined after these parameters such as the type and location of a porous plug and the inserting location of a tracer are studied based on physical simulation experiments provided that the pressure and flow in argon blowing from the bottom of LF are invariant. The molten steel processing time by LF is reduced to 33.4 min from 38.6 min on the average and the desulphurization rate is increased to 69.26% from 65.36% by installation of suitable porous plugs in the optimized location.
