摘  要:利用Nb(C、N)的微细析出物和晶粒细化机理,鞍钢研制出了汽车外面板用高强度超细晶冷轧IF钢。新钢种抗拉强度大于390 MPa,晶界附近有形成无沉淀析出区的趋势,屈服强度较低,同时具有高塑性应变比和高加工硬化指数,具有优良的成形性能,可完全满足汽车轻量化需要。The bile is developed in ultra-fine grained cold-rolled IF steel sheets with high strength for Automo- Angang based on micro-precipitation of Nb (C or N) and grain refinement mechanism. The tensile strength of the new developed steel sheet is more than 390 MPa, in which there exists the tendency for forming the zone without precipitation the grain boundary. However the yield strength of the new steel grade is lower while it shows high plastic strain ratio and work hardening index and better formability and so the new developed steel sheet can meet the require- ment required by vehicle weight reduction.
