摘　　要：鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂新烧分厂为提高燃料利用效果、解决燃料过粉碎和能源浪费的问题,烧结燃料预筛分采用了悬臂筛分震动筛。实践表明,烧结燃料粒度组成得到了优化,烧结机台时产量提高了5 t/h,烧结固体燃耗下降0.75㎏/t。In order to improve the utilization effect of sinter fuel and solve the problems on overcrushing of the fuel and the waste of energy in New Sinter Subsidiary Plant of General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the cantilever sieving vibrating screen is used to prescreen the sinter fuel. The production practice shows that the categories of particle sizes of the sinter fuel are optimized, and thus the output of the sintering machine per hour is increased by 5 t/h while the consumption of solid fuel is decreased by 0.75 k~/t.
