摘 要:通过对8个粳稻品种和20个杂种F1的花药培养,对愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力的遗传特性进行了分析,结果表明:(1)杂种F1的愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力基因型间差异达到极显著水平。正、反交对杂种F1的愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力有很大影响。(2)杂种F1的愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率、花药培养力介于双亲之间而偏向母本,个别组合出现超亲现象。(3)愈伤诱导率和绿苗分化率以基因的加性效应为主,广义遗传力(H2B)为98.7%和97.6%,狭义遗传力(HN2)为72.6%和86.7%,合理配组可以提高杂种F1的愈伤诱导率、绿苗分化率和花药培养力。In this paper, the genetic characteristics of callus induction rate (CIR), green seedling differentia- tion rate (GSDR) and anther culture ability (ACA) were studied and analyzed, based on the anther culture of eight japonica varieties and 20 hybrids FI. The results showed that : ( 1 ) CIR, GSDR and ACA of hybrid Flap- peared to be extremely significant diversity among different genotypes. Positive and reverse hybridization had very big important influence on CIR, GSDR and ACA. (2) CIR, GSDR and ACA of hybrids F, were between parents and closed to maternal, individual combination appeared superior to both parents, (3) CIR, GSDR were dominated by the additive effects of genes. The broad heritability (HB2) of CIR, GSDR reached 98.7% and 97.6% ,the narrow heritability ( HN2 ) reached 72.6% and 86.7% ,which indicated that the Proper hybridiza- tion were conducive to improve CIR,GSDR and ACA of hybrid F1.
