摘 要:以芍药种子为试材,通过不同的生根、催芽处理研究打破芍药种子休眠的方法。结果表明,浓H2SO4处理1 min+300 mg/L GA3处理24 h+沙层积的催根效果最好,27 d即可生根,生根率为67.33%,霉烂率较低;待根长长至3~4 cm后经300 mg/L GA3浸泡24 h+变温层积(4℃30 d后15℃)的催芽处理可有效地打破上胚轴休眠,98 d即可发芽,发芽率为66.67%。Seeds of Paeonia lactiflora were used as test material. The seed dormancy breaking methods were studied by different treatments of rooting and germinating. The results indicated that the treatment of corrosion with concentrated H2SO4 for 1 min, then soaked at 300 mg/L GA3 for 24 h, and then with stratification in 15 ~C reached the highest rooting rate, 67.33%. seeds rooted after 27 days with lower mildew rate. The treat- ment of soaked at 300 mg/L GA3 for 24 h with temperature-accelerated stratification (4 ~C for one month and then 15 ~C ) could break the dormancy of hypocotyl after the length of root reaching 3 -4 cm. Seeds germina- ted after 98 days and the rate of germination was 66.67%.
