苏南农村妇女经济地位实证研究——以张家港为例

摘　　要：随着苏南农村非农化进程的加快推进,农村男性较女性先从农业生产中解放出来,妇女逐渐成为农业生产的主力军,在经济生产领域发挥着日益重要的作用。本文基于苏南地区张家港市的实地调研资料,从性别差异的视角,对苏南农村妇女的经济参与和经济地位进行分析,并运用性别劳动分工、人力资本等理论工具对农村妇女较男性不平衡的经济地位给出解释。With the development of South of Jiangsu rural non-agricultural process accelerate,rural men than women to liberate from the agricultural production,women gradually become the main force in agricultural production,plays an increasingly important role in the economic field.In this paper,the South of Jiangsu area of Zhangjiagang city based on the field survey data,from the gender perspective,economic participation and economic status of rural women in South of Jiangsu was analyzed,and using the theory tool to explain the sexual division of labor,human capital of the rural women than men are unbalanced economic position.
