摘 要:用Aspen Plus对木薯制取无水乙醇的工艺流程进行了模拟计算。利用Aspen Plus中的灵敏度分析来优化萃取塔和回收塔的最优塔板数、回流比和进料位置。经过对醪塔、精馏塔、萃取精馏塔、回收塔的模拟,基于NRTL活度系数模型,以乙二醇、醋酸钾为萃取剂,可连续模拟出纯度高达99.9%(质量分数)的无水乙醇,展现了萃取精馏技术在工业生产无水乙醇上的应用前景。The technical process of producing anhydrous ethanol from cassava was calculated by Aspen Plus. Plate number, the reflux ratio and feeding location of extracting tower and recycling tower were determined through sensitivity analysis of Aspen Plus. Then through the simulation of mash tower, distillation column, extraction & distillation column and recycling tower, simulated production of high-purity anhydrous ethanol (99.9 %) was achieved continuously based on NRTL activity coefficient model with potassium acetate and ethylene glycol used as the extracting agents, reflecting the application foreground of extracting & distillation technology in industrial production of anhydrous ethanol.
