名老中医治疗血瘀型心力衰竭用药规律的Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的应用SAS统计软件分析名老中医治疗血瘀型心力衰竭验案的用药规律。方法应用验案分析系统收集80年代后名老中医治疗血瘀型心力衰竭验案101例,应用SAS统计软件,以血瘀为因变量,以所用中药为自变量对验案数据集进行Logistic逐步回归分析。结果对于血瘀型心力衰竭,名老中医多用药物赤芍、川芎、益母草、生地黄、沙参、苏木、砂仁、桑寄生。结论名老中医多用赤芍清热凉血,散瘀止痛;川芎活血行气,祛风止痛;益母草活血利水消肿,兼清热解毒;生地黄清热凉血,养阴生津;沙参清热养阴,润肺止咳;苏木活血祛瘀,消肿定痛;砂仁化湿行气,温脾开胃;桑寄生补肝肾,强筋骨,祛风湿。结论:本结果更具客观性,更具临床指导价值,易被临床医生接受。Objective To analyze the law of compose of traditional Chinese drug used in ecchymotic heart failure using SAS software. Methods Collecting 101 cases record famous veteran reran doctors of TCM treating ecchymotic heart failure after 80 years by analysis software of cases record, and take baemostatic as dependent variable and traditional Chinese medicine as independent variable for logistic regression analysis. Results For ecchymotic heart failure, famous veteran reran doctors often use Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Herba Leonuri, Radix Rehmanniae Reeens, Adenophora Stricta, Caesalpinia Sappan, Fructus Amoral, Herba Taxilli. Conclusion Famous veteran teran doctors often used Radix Paeoniae Rubra to remove pathogenic heat from blood, eliminating stasis to activate blood circulation and acesodyne; Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong could invigorate the circulation of blood, promoting the circulation of qi, relieving rheumatism and stopping pains ; Herba Leonuri could invigorate the circulation of blood, inducing diuresis for removing edema, clearing away heat and toxic material ; Radix Rehmanniae Recens could remove pathogenic heat from blood and promote the secretion of saliva or body fluid; Adenophora Strieta could clear heat and nourishing yin and moistening lung to arrest cough; Caesalpinia Sappan could invigorate the circulation of blood, subsidence of a swelling and stop pain; Fractus Amomi could resolve dampness, promoting the circulation of qi, warming spleen and whet the appetite; Herba Taxilli could nourish the liver and kidney, strengthening the bones and muscles and dispel rheumatism.
