摘 要:以威百亩为供试药剂,分别用沟施法及喷洒法对保护地土壤进行熏蒸处理,在熏蒸畦面土表下10cm及5cm处放置5种植物病源物菌株试管,熏蒸处理10d。结果表明:在粘性保护地土壤上,对10cm处的病源微生物杀灭效果低于5cm处,喷洒法用药效果优于沟施法;在土壤质地、用法及剂量相同的情况下,熏蒸期间土壤温度高则效果好。Soil fumigating sterilization in protected cultivation plant-bed was tested with metham-sodium,a soil fu- migant. The result indicated that the factors of applying method of fumigant, burying depth of pathogenic fungi in the soil and soil temperature had great effect on the efficency of fumigating sterilization, in the viscous soil,the effect of killing pathogenic microorganisms in lOcm was lower than that of 5cm, spraying drug effect is better than that of furrow method; during fumigation high soil temperature has good effect under the circumstances of the same soil texture ,method and dose.
