摘 要:采用零价铁和铁氧体作为Cr6+的去除载体,开展铬渣污染土壤电动力学非均相修复过程中零价铁和铁氧体的协同修复机理研究。研究在电-化学-力学作用下,零价铁和铁氧体协同修复铬渣污染土壤过程中Cr6+的迁移转化过程及在非均相分布条件下的去除效率。研究表明,采用电解-铁碳内电解耦合技术对土壤进行预处理,获得较好的效果,当条件为反应时间30h,固液比为1∶20,铁/碳质量比为1∶2,电流密度为9.26mA/cm2时,Cr6+的去除率最佳,土壤的平均重金属浓度由起初的32000 mg/kg降到320 mg/kg,去除率达到99%。The zero-valence iron and ferrite carrier were used to remove hexavalent chromium in the electrokinetic remedy of chromium-contaminated soil. The synergism and electric-chemical-mechanical effect were researched under the condition of non-homogeneous distribution of Cr6+. The results showed that the high efficiency of Cr6+ removal was available when the experimental parameters were set up as follows: reaction time was 30 h, solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, iron/carbon mass ratio was 1:2, the current density was 9.26 mMcm2.The average concentration of heavy metal in the soil reduced from 32000 mg/kg to 320 mg/kg and the removal rate of heavy metal reached 99%, which meet the requirements of the standard of China.
