摘 要:城市污水污泥高含水率成为最终资源化处置亟待解决的问题。采用高压压滤的方式,可最大限度的脱出水分。以生活污泥为实验对象,对高压压滤机的脱水条件进行了优化。综合考虑脱水率和经济实用性,压力13-15MPa,压滤时间20min时为最佳条件。药剂调理试验表明石灰和三氯化铁能够较好的降低污泥比阻,瓦解大部分微生物细胞,破坏胶体颗粒的稳定性,使调理后的污泥充分释放毛细水和间隙水,从而大幅提高了污泥的脱水性能,高压压滤后含水率可以降到54%。It was an urgent issue to dispose and utilize the urban sewage sludge with high moisture content. The domestic sludge was treated with a high-pressure filtering process which could maximally remove the water content from sludge. Furthermore, the dehydration conditions were optimized when the squeeze pressure was 13-15 Mpa and the filter passage time was 20 minutes, taking the dehydration rate and economy in consideration comprehensively. The experiment of selecting the medicament showed that lime and FeC13 could reduce the sludge resistance better, destroy the microbial cells thoroughly and reduce the stability of colloidal particles successfully. The moisture content was reduced to 54% after the filtering process with high pressure which could improve the performance of sludge dehydration by releasing the capillary water and pore water from sludge sufficiently.
