三黄止痒洗剂治疗湿疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三黄止痒洗剂治疗湿疹类皮肤病的临床疗效。方法:治疗组40例,对照组42例。治疗组三黄止痒洗剂外搽患处,并轻揉片刻,2次/d,疗程2周。对照组予以安隆,每日早晚各1次外擦,疗程2周。结果:经过2周治疗后,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,总有效率也高于对照组;治疗后试验组的评分低于对照组,下降幅度大于对照组,以上P均小于0.05。结论:三黄止痒洗剂治疗湿疹类皮肤病的疗效满意。Objective：To observe the SanHuang anti-itch lotion clinical efficacy for the treatment of eczema. Method： The treatment group has 40 cases and control group has 42 cases . The treatment group use the SanHuang anti-itch lotion locally twice a day for two weeks.The control group use AnLong daily morning and evening for 2 weeks. Resttlts： After treatment, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）, the total effective rate is higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the treatment group＇s score lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）, the decline range is greater than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Treatment of Sanhuang anti-itch lotion in eczema with satisfactory results.
