急性心脑血管疾病患者的院前急救分析

摘　　要：目的:总结分析急性心脑血管疾病患者院前急救的方法及需要注意的事项。方法:回顾性分析2009～2011年我院急诊科收治的70急性心脑血管疾病患者院前急救临床资料。结果:64例顺利转送至医院治疗,无患者因转送意外运途发生病情加重或死亡;6例猝死因未能及时发现在现场死亡。结论:接到出诊任务后快速出诊并准确判断病情是提高急性心脑血管疾病院前急救成功率的关键。Objective To summarize and analyse the first aid methods and matters need attention of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients. Methods Retrospectively analyse the pre-hospital clinical data of 70 acute cardiovascular and eerehrovascular disease pa- tients in the emergency department of our hospital during 2009-2011. Results 64 cases were successfully transferred to the hospital for treat- ment, none was worse or death due to transfering accidents, 6 cases were sudden death for failure to be found in time. Conclusion It is the key for improving the pre-hospital emergency success rate of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular diseases to quickly visit the patients and judge the patient＇s condition when doctors receive the tasks.
